Cholestrol:Cholestrol is needed by the body. But unnecessary high of cholesterol is not healthy. Symptoms appear slowly when blood vessels loose their elasticity. If this arteriosclerosis occurs in coronary arteries, angina or heart attack may occur. Arteriosclerosis can affect any part of the body right from eyes to limbs. Fatty foods, sedentary life style and unbalanced dietary habits can increase the`cholestrol levels. Sometime hyperlipidemia is familial.
